A group allows you to better understand yourself through being in relationship with others. The animals and people in our groups provide multiple sources from which to learn and receive feedback and support. Often times a sense of community also begins to build that can be helpful for a lifetime. Lastly it is a more affordable way to access equine therapy and yoga.

This group meant to help people learn about self care in a fun, supportive and safe way. We work on building trust, communication, distress tolerance, social skills, problem solving skills and process things that are challenging. We also learn how to give and receive feedback. The group includes a mindfulness practice, yoga/stretching, and various activities with horses.
Adults Tuesdays 5-6pm
This is meant to be a restorative place to be seen, supported, nurtured and take time for yourself. We will work on building trust, personal success rituals for daily life, improve communication and self care. The group includes a mindfulness practice, yoga/stretching, and various activities with horses.
