Why Groups?

​

A group allows you to better understand yourself through being in relationship with others. The animals and people in our groups provide multiple sources from which to learn and receive feedback and support. Often times a sense of community also begins to build that can be helpful for a lifetime.

Why Family Intensives?

Why Teen Groups?

 

Sometimes you just need a place to be you! This group meant to help teens learn about self care in a fun, supportive and safe way. We work on building trust, communication, distress tolerance, social skills, problem solving skills and process things that are challenging. We also learn how to give and receive feedback.

Why Adult Groups?

​

This is meant to be a restorative place to be seen, supported, nurtured and take time for yourself. We will work on building trust, personal success rituals for daily life, improve communication and self care. The group includes a mindfulness practice, yoga/stretching, and various activities with horses. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Why Teachers?

​

I firmly believe that teachers are some of the most important people in our community. They are often also not paid well enough, nor are they given enough support. One of my main missions is to help provide more support to teachers, administrators, parents and students through the school district. We offer custom wellness workshops and partner with the school district as much as we can.

Why Horses?...come and see for yourself! In my experience they are one of the most powerful and healing beings you can be around!
